We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader – Mobile Childcare Service at our Condobolin Childcare Centre. This role is responsible for daily running of the Mobile childcare Service. This role contributes to provision of a high-quality program for children in remote locations. The role focuses on developing productive relationships between clients and staff to deliver the best outcomes for families and children. It is also responsible to support and mentor educators on program delivery and preparation of documentation on progress of learning outcomes. This is a permanent full-time role.

To be successful you will need a Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher level of qualification. You also need a current Working with Children’s Check, First Aid Certificate, Drivers Licence and relevant industry knowledge and experience.

You must also support Lachlan Shire Council’s commitment to excellent customer service and have a focus on delivery of services to support and enhance the lives of young people and the wider community. 

 Benefits for you:

  • The salary range is $2,541 to $2,732 per fortnight (includes market premium)
  • Starting salary to be determined upon the qualifications and experience of successful applicant.
  • The Grade applicable to the position is Grade 7 within Council's Salary Structure
  • Working 76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off (9 Day fortnight)
  • 3 weeks sick leave
  • Professional Development opportunities are available
  • Employer Superannuation of 11.5%
  • Employment is under the Local Government (State) Award
