Lachlan Children’s Services is a friendly workplace that offers you flexibility and the opportunity for training and development. We have an exciting opportunity for an Educational Leader at our Condobolin Childcare Centre. The successful person will be responsible for assisting with the development of educational programs including preschool, mobile childcare service, vacation care and after school care programs. You will also mentor early child care educators to help them ensure children achieve the outcomes of the approved learning framework. This position is full-time but part-time will be considered for the right applicant.

To be successful you must have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with adequate experience, a current working with Children’s Check, Driving Licence and appropriate first aid qualification.

Benefits for you:

  • The salary range is $3,192 to $3,431 per fortnight (includes market premium)
  • Starting salary to be determined upon the qualifications and experience of successful applicant.
  • The Grade applicable to the position is Grade 10 within Council's Salary Structure
  • Working 76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off (9 Day fortnight) 
  • 3 weeks sick leave
  • Professional Development opportunities are available
  • Employer Superannuation of 11.5%
  • Employment is under the Local Government (State) Award
