Lachlan Shire Council's Condobolin Office are looking for a Casual Customer Service/Service NSW Officer.
This position is responsible for providing a professional level of customer service at all times to Council's external & internal customers. In this role you will manage front line customer service, telephone enquires, cashiering, Service NSW duties and other related tasks. Council is committed to the delivery of high-quality customer service and values that support and enhance our community. The successful candidate must work well in a team environment and have a positive focus on the delivery of services to support Council's goals.
To be successful you will need:
- to have the ability to undertake Service NSW training on a full-time basis for 4 weeks
- to posses a clear Working with Children Check
- previous experience in cash handling & balancing
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- to be a 'Justice of the Peace' (or have the ability to obtain within 6 months)
- a Class C Driver Licence.
