Lachlan Shire Council are looking for Plant Operator Level 2.
This full-time position is based from our Condobolin Depot and carries out a wide variety of duties from labouring to plant operation, typically the operation of tractors and rollers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Medium Rigid Licence (or willing to obtain within 3 months)
- Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
- Good Communication Skills
- Previous work related experience (or the willingness to learn)
- Basic reading and writing skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

What we Offer
Salary and Conditions:
- Salary range: $2,235.13 to $2,402.76 per fortnight
- Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Position classified at Grade 4 within Council's Salary Structure.
- Employment conditions in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.
